I will be in South Carolina this summer from May 20th to August. I’m looking for someone who is clean and would be living in my apartment while I’m gone. I have a two-bedroom apartment, which you would be more than welcome to use my bed and anything else in it. Your job will be to keep it up, keep it clean, and you will have a safe place to live. You would have to sign my lease for the summer. That’s the only way I can let someone live in my apartment. Your credit does not have to be perfect because mine is not. But you do have to have a job and care about the cleanliness of my home. My rent is $890. Electricity right now only runs $100. Internet is $80. If you’re a good occupant then I would consider sharing my apartment on a long-term basis.
