About the room
Hello,
We’re looking for a new roommate to join our home, with a private bedroom available for move-in starting June 1st, 2026. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property currently occupied by four tenants (4 males), though one person will be moving out at the end of April. This listing is for that open room. You would be sharing a bathroom with two other housemates.
We’re a group of working individuals who value a clean and respectful living environment. We keep the house in good condition by sharing basic cleaning responsibilities, such as rotating chores for the bathroom and common areas every couple of weeks. We also ask that everyone helps maintain the space by cleaning up after themselves, including dishes and any mess from guests. We do not wear shoes inside the house, and we try to be mindful of noise, especially later at night during the work week.
Driveway parking is included with the room. Utilities are not included in the rent and are split evenly among the four tenants each month. Guests and overnight visitors are welcome, as long as everyone is respectful of the shared space and the people living in it.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent ($600) plus $300. There is also a $50 application fee. During the application process, you’ll be asked to provide a valid photo ID and proof of employment. We’re looking for someone with a credit score of at least 650 and no history of evictions, bankruptcies, or outstanding collections. If you do not fall into this, please do not place an application, as you will be denied.
