My cat is very shy at first but once she gets to know you, she won’t leave you alone🥰All I want from a roomate is for them to be considerate(cleaning up after yourself)and paying rent on time! I am not expecting to be friends but if we end up hitting it off, thats great too🙂 The area is very safe. Your rent will be just under 1000. This includes trash, sewer and water but does not include electricity or gas.The staff is great! Maintenance is usually very fast with any repairs.There is a pool near the leasing office but it is only open during the summer and a fitness center
