This room is unfurnished. The shared space would be the Living room, bathroom, kitchen, Laundry room and backyard. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Street parking is not an issue. Guest always welcome upon notice. Overnight guests as well. The 2 other rooms are currently being rented out by 2 other females. We are looking for a 3rd roommate preferably in her 20s or early 30s who is clean, quiet, and easy to get along with. This is a one person bedroom only. No pets or children allowed. I am the property manager manager who lives in the studio attached to the house. Cristina and carissa and the other 2 roommates living in the house. They are both in their late 20’s. very friendly welcoming people who respect each others space. They are both clean, quiet, and easy to get along with.
