Looking for clean and respectful roommates (preferably students or a full time job person) to share a spacious 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in a quiet and safe area near CSU. One master bedroom with a private bathroom is available for $875/month. The lease runs from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to CSU bus routes #2 and #32 (running from 6 AM to 10 PM), with easy access to King Soopers, other markets, multiple trails, and very close to Horsetooth Lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and I have not experienced any safety issues during my 4 years of living here. The apartment includes central A/C and heating, pool and jacuzzi access, free parking with additional garage space available, extra storage room in the unit, and two balconies. All bedrooms are located upstairs, which helps keep the space cozy during winter.

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful of privacy, and mindful of shared living—no smoking inside and no loud noise, especially at night. Pets are welcome as long as they are clean and well-behaved. I am a graduate student at CSU, enjoy outdoor activities, do not smoke, and drink occasionally in social settings.
