This is a room for rent in a nice and quiet home, the homeowner lives here in the master bedroom has 2 very friendly dogs. You will have access to most of everything, storage in specific areas in the house cabinets and garage shelving available. Located right off 15 freeway, no excess noise, visitors are allowed, no more than 2 overnight visits per week, and no group hosting. Must pass background check, verify income, and have a face to face meeting to verify that it would be a good fit. No drama household, period. No drugs. Marijuana use is prohibited inside the house or yards, do as you please off the property but no odor of marijuana is to be present in or near the house, that includes the room, anywhere in the house or your person. A/C is set to 71 during the warmer days off if not needed. Cooking is allowed, full access to the kitchen, living room, front and back yards, laundry room, and a shared bathroom. Bathroom usually gets cleaned once a week, but daily maintenance is practiced as well, just clean up after yourself anywhere. Also great internet service and speed. Trash cans available, along with recycling. Only serious inquiries.

The homeowner highly values your word as your bond. Very upfront, no bs attitude, and a great guy all around. He works early morning to late afternoon, cooks most of his meals so he uses the kitchen often, spends a lot of time out and about in the house after work, he’s got two dogs that very friendly and quiet. The other renter (me), usually keeps to himself, does his own thing and usually works an 8-5 schedule. Very friendly as well, we have a no drama policy and no bs attitudes, we have one room available to rent in the house, set up an in person meeting to find out if this is the right fit for you.
