A furnished room (whole unit will be furnished) is available in a brand-new, never-before-occupied apartment in a three-unit building in Winooski — just minutes from Burlington. Everything is fresh, clean, and move-in ready. Will be fully furnished by move-in date. This room shares an upstairs full bathroom with one other renter. There is also a shared half bath on the main floor.

One very well-behaved adult dog shares the space. NO OTHER ANIMALS ALLOWED.

The open bedroom will be furnished with a queen-sized bed, nightstand, and dresser. Mattress is brand new. All utilities included. In-unit washer & dryer. Landscaping & trash removal included. Heated basement garage storage. Shared kitchen & common areas.

Parking Info:

The garage parking is taken by current roomies. Winooski has a city-wide winter parking ban prohibiting overnight street parking during winter months, just FYI. There is space you can pay for in a city garage in winter within walking distance.

House Expectations

No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the apartment — this is a strict, non-negotiable policy. No loud parties. Social guests are welcome; regular or disruptive gatherings are not. Overnight guests should be occasional, no additional roommates. The leased bedroom is for ONE occupant.

Who Thrives Here

This home is a great fit for a student. Must be queer-friendly and enjoy dogs.

One room is already occupied by a UVM junior studying anthropology. She’s friendly but introverted, doesn’t drink, smoke, or use drugs, and works part-time as a dog walker. Outside of class, she’s into drawing and tabletop gaming. The other room will be occupied by an outgoing game production management major at Champlain. He enjoys playing guitar and video gaming. The roomies are siblings, FWIW.
