The pink room is a cozy bedroom for a single person with a single bed dresser, night table and hardwood floor. The single family house has laundry, parking, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, screened room, yard, internet and keyless entry. All utilities are included.

You will be sharing the house with a female, and a male. I am the owner and live in the basement. I don’t plan on moving in more than three roommates at a time besides my adult son and myself. Prefer a clean, pet free and drama free female to rent the room and no couples, no pets
