Apartment is on top floor of 3 floors. Living room / balcony doors and your room’s windows face west with lots of natural light; sun’s rays pierce into unit. Very well-designed. You have your own bathroom and closet. Balcony that is all yours. Washer and Dryer in unit. Internet (high-speed) and utilities included, parking included. Renter’s insurance required. Lease required.

About the roomies

Greet-Meet. I am a professional electrical engineer, military veteran, and a homeowner (out of State). Responsible, clean, respectful, easy going, not a square, not brand new.

I’m a dad with my kids every other weekend, Fri 4 pm to Sun 11 am. Kids attend a great school in Scripps Ranch and they are well behaved. We’re chill over here. They are 12 and 10, girl older than boy, I’m pushing 4 decades and setting to retire in 1.

I believe in live and let live, so feel free to let your hair down. I don’t have much company over, but you are absolutely free to. You have full run at the space. Have a drink, laugh with friends, knit sweaters, talk your politics, play your music, practice your banjo. or be a silent bookworm birdwatcher, I truly do not care. Just don’t stay sloppy drunk or cook cr*ck in the kitchen and we’re cool like pool school. Makes sense?

Students, military, secretary, blue collar, all are welcome. With exception, of course, for the psycho killers. Qu’est-ce que c’est?
