Home is in a safe neighborhood. Home built around 1940s. It has no upstairs. House has 2 bedrooms on main floor with a shared kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is a toilet and sink in the basement that is usable but only one shower and tub. Nice open concept main floor kitchen and family room area. Basement has laundry and accessed through the one stall garage. Fenced in backyard. with storage shed. Long-term would like to better finish off the basement for more living space.

I am the owner of the property. I just bought it and am bringing my small dog with me who is 8 years old and well-trained. She is the nicest dog, but the only pet allowed in the house. No smoking, limited alcohol in house, no excessive drinking, No partying, not 420 friendly. I am a practicing Catholic, young professional, who enjoys others who respect my religious beliefs. I enjoy video games though, exploring nature, and I work from home, so don’t mind staying up late.
