Private unfurnished room w/ spacious closet available for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Fully-furnished home. All utilities and high-speed internet included. Plenty of street parking in a quiet neighborhood, 13 mins from Palm Springs and 15 mins from Palm Desert. Full kitchen, living room, dining area and backyard to share, with laundry and dryer units in home.

We are looking for a responsible, working professional or student who will be living with three other persons (1 gay couple (mid 30s) & 1 female (late 20s)). We are easy-going professionals that enjoy movies and video games. We mostly keep to ourselves but enjoy conversations and socializing from time to time.

You will share a bathroom with one other tenant. Sorry, no pets allowed and no children. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas. I prefer a month-to-month tenancy and a security deposit of one month’s rent - looking for either long-term tenancy (1 year +).
