Hello all, I am looking to rent out a private room here at my house in Gold Bar. The House: I bought this home a couple years ago as a fixer-upper, and went through all of it renovating everything: kitchen, bathrooms, paint job, etc. The home is a cozy rambler, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a spacious backyard, complete with a little garden and chickens. We are in a nice quiet neighborhood with close access to hwy 2 right in Gold Bar.

The Room: We have been using the room as a guest room currently. It is about 10’x10’ plus a small closet. You would share a bathroom with my girlfriend and I, which is located in the hallway. Laundry is in the garage, the house is heated with a gas furnace. Parking on street.

I live here with my girlfriend and one other housemate. We are all respectful, quiet and chill and in our early 20s and 30’s. We are outdoor enthusiasts and like being busy, so are usually gone either at work, getting outside, or working around the house. Looking for someone of similar age preferably.
