About the room

Hi all! I am looking for a roommate to continue a lease with me for a two-bedroom apartment in JUNE, but open to July or August.

Details: North Austin, near Tech Ridge Center and IH-35, 1043 sq ft, 3rd floor, your own bathroom with a shower/tub, big closet + additional hallway closet, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony, The complex has a pool and gym. When split, base rent is $817 but with monthly fees it’s about $860.

Bedroom photos featured are mine for vibes purposes. The available bed and bathroom will be unfurnished. Open to furnishing for a shorter term stay. While I’m still getting the bigger furniture pieces to complete the look, the vibe of the place is girly goth and cozy. I know, I’ve got a clear aesthetic vision, but I’m happy if anyone wants to add to the decorations and furnishings. I need more stuff on the walls for sure!

Unfortunately not looking for someone with their own cat as one of mine doesn’t play nice with other kitties. Super sweetheart to people though! I have 2 cats and third foster who I’m hoping to get adopted soon. I don’t intend on fostering more cats after her though, don’t worry. Small pets like reptiles, rodents, and fish are totally cool.

About the roomies

I’m a video editor and concert videographer (she/her) who works full time. I’m a big anime nerd, metal music fan, and DND fan. I’m also an artist who does artist alleys/conventions from time to time. I love crafting with friends and marathoning TV shows. Happy to have a business casual relationship, but anyone who would want to hangout for game nights or crafting is a plus!
