It a beautiful property with very high hedges wrapped around the house With a white fence. Lovely pool in back yard. There is wrap around deck and a large front yard as well And the Housmate are 40+ and very chill. You would share a very clean fridge with one person. No pets please! We are close to woodley park and the sepulveda recreation area. Great and available street parking

The room is about 143 sq foot room. With French doors opening to large wrap around deck, and also a door that opens into house and close to your bathroom. The room is now freshly painted white( the pic of no the room are from before) You have two closets one in the room and a large one right outside the room with a large mirror. You share a full bath with one house mate who Is clean and low key.

The housemates are 40+ Creatives , a chef, mediative household. The house Is set up in a way that you don’t really see anyone unless you want to.
