The vacant room is unfurnished and has plenty of light coming in through a large window. The closet is spacious as well. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with possibility to accommodate some of a roommate’s items. In the living room there are beautiful bay windows that look out onto Beacon Street and allow plenty of sunlight to come in (there’s an amazing view of the golden hour from here). The apartment has abundant storage between the closets and kitchen cabinets, and the high ceilings contribute to the spaciousness of the apartment. The building is steps away from the C line and many bus lines which makes it extremely convenient for transportation. Coolidge Corner is within a 5-10 minute walk, and Washington square is only steps away as well. There are a number of grocery stores within the same walking radius (Trader Joe’s, Star Market, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop) and there are soo many delicious restaurants, fun drink spots, and great places for shopping in the area too. I’ve lived in this apartment for six years and truly love it!

Hi everyone! I’m Kody (they/them, 26) and I’m looking for a new roommate. Some things about me: I’m an environmental scientist and I work from home when I’m not traveling for field work a few times a year. I enjoy spending my free time rehearsing with my a cappella group, playing with my band, spending time with friends, sharing in queer community, and going to see live music. I love to try new restaurants and bars and going out dancing, love camping/hiking/kayaking, making arts and crafts, watching movies, and playing video games sometimes too. I’m 420 friendly as well. I am very clean and organized, and like keeping the common space tidy. I would love to be friends with my future roommate! I like to host friends and the occasional event in the apartment and would want my roommate to feel comfortable doing the same.
