Looking for a neat, respectful and financially reliable professional. Someone who doesn’t see cleanliness as a chore but a way of being. The apartment is newly renovated and I would like to maintain it as beautiful for as long as possible. 10min away from downtown Annapolis and in a safe neighborhood.

*If you have kids or a partner, I don’t mind them visiting or staying over OCCASIONALLY but if they spend most of the week in the apartment, that would be considered co-living, so no.

No pets, no drugs, no smoking in the apartment, no alcohol heavy parties.

About the roomies

I’m a 36yo female, an easy going person and a busy professional. Besides cleanliness, I truly mind my own business. It would be nice to become friends with a roommate so interactions are not awkward, but it’s not a requirement. It has to happen organically.
