Hey everyone! I’m looking for 2 roommates to fill my 3 bed 2.5 bath house. Both my roommates are moving out and I’m wanting to keep the house!
It’s conveniently located 3 mins from the highway, just off Reed Market and 15th. The bedrooms are identical just mirroring each other, with an extra closet outside the rook for extra storage space and a shared bathroom. Move in date is May 28- June 1st so there’s a few days to get settled in. Rent is $800 x month + around 70-100 in utilities depending on the time of year.
