The house is fairly large, my bedroom is over the garage. The other side of the house is split from my side. There’s 2 bedrooms and your own private bathroom! The house has 3 bedrooms, 3, 1/2 baths and is very clean. There’s 2 livingrooms, a back deck, and a large front and backyard. It’s on a quiet road and friendly neighborhood. You would have complete privacy and and could use the second livingroom for yourself. The only common area would be the kitchen. It’s a comfortable place and is relaxing. It’s in-between gorham and windham. They’re both about a 5 minute drive. Also, you can walk across the street to sebago lake where there’s a beach. The home is a great place to relax, bbq and without worries. Your friends and family are welcome. Also it is close to St. Joseph’s college, about a 5 minute drive and there is plenty of parking in the driveway. Washer and dryer are also included and are at the home.

I live in the home by myself. I’m quite and friendly. The house is always clean and comfortable. The home is a place you can relax and be yourself and not worry about landlords. If you don’t like the color of your rooms i will paint them to your liking and you’re always free if you want the to have the 2nd livingroom, I will move my things and you can add your touch. I want you to be comfortable and feel like this is your home as well as mine!!!!
