About the room
I have 2 rooms on the second floor of the house each available with an en suite. The primary suite is large; thus the rent is $1400. The second bedroom is smaller with an en suite so the rent is $1,280. I also have a 3rd floor available that has a shared jack and Jill bath; however the whole floor can be rented for $1,400. I do want to mention the pictures are stock photos from prior to me buying the house. I can have the room be as much or as little furnished as you’d like!
Full access to kitchen, living room, front room serves as an office or foyer and includes a reading nook. Laundry is easily accessible on the second floor.
Potential exists to even rent out the whole house by summers end with the total rent to be a little less than renting individual rooms. So keep your friends in mind or if you’re looking to team up with anyone!
About the roomies
I am a clean working professional currently working from home, have been living in Harrisburg for the last 3 years. I recently got married and would like to transition over to my husband’s house by the fall of 2026 at the latest or sooner. I’m looking for some roommates for the time being. I’m an avid runner and traveler, so if I’m not working I’m almost always outside the house. As I WFH I’m flexible to also work at my husbands house for added privacy for you.
