About the room
It’s a great area, close to Upland Brewing Co. Super walkable, close to downtown and Broad Ripple. Clean place, newly renovated, good-sized closet and plenty of basement storage space. Room is furnished with bed and desk. There are two full baths (no bathtubs) but only one upstairs by the bedrooms.
About the roomies
I’m a 54-year-old journalist, violinist and former (and hopefully soon-to-be-again) Crossfitter. I’m a neat, non-smoking extrovert. Would love to find a compatible creative type who wants to be in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood. I have no pets currently but would be open to it if landlord approves and it’s a chill dog or cat.
