About the room
We live in a very large 3 bedroom condo. It’s just my son who is 11 and myself. I am 51. I work 2 jobs so I am not home much. I share custody so my son is with his dad 2 weeks out of the month. We are very quiet. The neighbors are very nice. We can talk more if interested
About the roomies
Like I said I work a lot. I leave at 7-8pm my son won’t be home while I’m gone. I’ll pick him up from his dad’s all week. I am I healthcare. We have a 2 car garage one would be yours. We also have our own washer and dryer. We cannot have pets. I have a cat and there is only one animal permitted. Must not be allergic
