About the room

Hello, This is a bedroom for rent, and it shares the bathroom and kitchen space. The house is located in Hemet, near main streets, close to schools. The room is furnished with a queen bed, a small heater, small A/C unit, window curtains, a dresser, closet space, and a small vanity. The restroom space is limited, so personal items should be kept in the bedroom (behind door). The room is for a single person, and we are looking for another woman to rent, but open to a respectful, healthy minded person. Also, please know this is a Catholic home, and we do have a surveillance system.

The space is kept up with weekly cleaning, and whoever rents will share in cleaning shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, laundry, taking out trash). The house does have two dogs and two cats, and they always stay outside. Sorry, we can’t accept more pets at this point. Trash service is on Thursday early morning, and the house is maintained weekly with gardening service.

We prefer individual to bring their kitchen items (plates, utensils) however, there is very little space for large appliances, and limit the electric bill with smaller devices.

No smoking, no drinking, and no overnight visits. Sorry, this is for everyone’s safety.

The rent is $950, and it’s $250 deposit. A completed application is needed and really prefer to have an in-person meeting to talk about the space and any questions you have about the space.

All applicants are welcome to apply, and all interested should know this is a Catholic home.

About the roomies

My mother lives here, she loves living in this home. I visit and stay over. We have 2 dogs, and they’re opposite personalities.
