I’m looking for two roommates to sign a 9/1 lease. One of the rooms is available now, looking for someone interested in moving in mid-April/May to sublet through the summer and sign the 2026-2027 September lease. This is a three floor house with lots of natural light and space. Located on Fort Hill across from a beautiful park, ~12 min walk to the Orange line at Jackson Square or Roxbury Crossing. In unit laundry on the second floor. Two sizable bedrooms on the second floor with shared bathroom. Half bath on the first floor. I have a room with a bathroom on the third floor. Shared kitchen and open living room. Parking lot in front of the house, spot not guaranteed but there’s usually always parking there or on the street. Utilities not included, Gas/Electric/Internet is ~$150 each per month.

I love this space and take good care of it, looking for others interested in doing the same. I’m a good communicator, considerate, and very clean. Hoping for a laid back, comfortable living environment with roommates.

I’m a graphic designer, I have a hybrid work schedule and work 2 days in office and 3 days from home. I currently live with my partner, he will be moving to NH in the Fall for grad school. I’ll be going up to visit on weekends and he will be visiting Boston as well. Some of my interests include: music and going to concerts, movies, books, running, and thrifting
