The room is unfurnished. Townhouse is 3 stories and nearly 2,000 square feet with plenty of personal space. Well-maintained with responsive and landlord who is easy to work with. Includes washer and dryer and ample free parking as well as one reserved space. All tenants have a private bathroom and there is an additional bathroom on the entry floor.
Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Pool included in rent about a 1-minute walk from townhouse.
I am moving out of the area for reasons unrelated to this townhouse, I have enjoyed living here.
Two females between 27 and 35. Both are responsible, clean, and quiet. Both work during the day outside of the home.
