Alright folks, prepare yourselves. To fill are two two-room suites with private bath in a gorgeous home about 4 minutes from the Danforth campus at WashU, a leisurely 30 minute walk from Brookings Hall (A former prof of mine, who walks to work most days in sandals [and socks, bless him], lives across the street). Each suite has a bedroom room, bathroom, and auxiliary room.

The master (which rents for $1050, all utilities and wifi included) suite includes the bedroom, a sunroom to which I can return the glass-paned doors if desired; and an attached bathroom (green)

The second suite has a bedroom attached by a Jack and Jill bathroom (blue) to a nursery sized bedroom (cranes on the wall), well suited as a library, tv room, or office.

Shared spaces include the living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, porch, gardens, patio, basement storage and free in-unity laundry.

Off street parking is likely available, but may already be taken. We can discuss this in more detail pending your interest.

Also, much of the place will be quite nicely furnished by move-in with plenty of latitude if you would like to add personal touches; and I have a second large refrigerator for the basement to make sharing that space easier.

I am a proud Saint Louisan coming back from a stint in MN where, after finishing my degree in physics at WashU, I took a leap and began an apprenticeship as a union mason - which I will be finishing here at home. I’m an avid runner, theater and live music goer, kayaker, reader, occasional attendee of yoga classes, dancer, foodie, and then some. I have pride myself on decorating and creating the atmosphere of a warm, permanent home - and am looking forward to doing that here when I’m back in May. I have champagne taste and a mean thrift, a sense of order and medicated ADHD. So in general, I cultivate calm, beautiful, and neat home environment; though you’re liable to find quiet mentions of life in the kitchen sink, or on my bedroom floor. I’d be really happy to find housemates content with privacy but sociable and easygoing, thrilled to find a like-minded cultural consumer to occasionally share a show, movie, or evening out with.
