The room is located in Orange beach Al on canal rd next to the keg lounge and grille.
It’s just me that lives there. I’m not even there half of the time because I go and stay at my parents house - so basically you have the unit to yourself a good portion of the time so that’s the reason I need a roommate. When I’m there at the apartment complex, I rarely drink and I always work night shifts doing uber and private scheduled rides. I’ve been living at that address for almost 3 years now so obviously I’m a paying good tenant. I almost never bring anyone there and am private to myself. And yes I can have a fun time too that’s my job lol. If you would like to be roommates with me please do the following- pay rent on time, don’t be a jerk, and please clean up after yourself. And no I’m not a perfect person and neither are you. Please make an effort and just be cool and follow the rules. I’ve lived there for three years and seen lots of people not follow them rules and get evicted. I’m a very easy going person and get along very very well with people. Needing a roommate asap to help split rent. Give me a shout!
