This is perfect for someone 55 plus with little or fixed income as I am. this is why I’m looking for a roommate. This room can be open now and sign new lease May 2026. Place is clean,, (I LIVE BY THE RULE ) if you touch it -use it - clean it and put it back where you got it. I’m not a smoker( no smoker please of anything. im 59years young. I go for evening walks and ride a bike, watch TV, with headset so it doesn’t bother anyone day or night,I do drink a beer or glass of wine every once in awhile. Im laid back. calm and don’t have house guest I will expect the same from a roommate. That way we both will respect each others space. I’m friendly and outgoing but if you keep to yourself then I will respect your privacy and limit our interactions.
