Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Fully functional and furnished kitchen. Study area and living room with a big flat screen. Only issue is the room to be given out isn’t fully furnished yet but we can discuss the logistics. It does have a king size mattress and wardrobe space though. Bus stops are 4 mins away from the apartment. Quiet neighborhood 18 mins walk (5 mins drive )to wegmans which is the closest grocery store. Laundry room as well.

I am a 20 year old computer science major at the University of Buffalo. Really clean,quiet person. I would prefer students but genuinely wouldn’t mind anyone else as long as you’re clean.
