The room is 11 feet by 9 feet Two windows facing West and South. The South window looks out to a large backyard with a garden and fruit trees, the West window looks out to tall privacy trees including a pear tree and persimmon tree.

There is a shared bathroom in the hall that I keep very clean. It has a shower and I storage for all your things.

The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom with new premium vinal plank floors tat look like wood. The AC/Mini split AC system is brand new, New dish washer, fridge, new washer and dryer. It has a tall security gate with a remote. The street is quiet, and close to the I80 and only a few miles to Truxel road that has a ton of shopping and restaurants.

I like to create a living environment of a clean, peaceful and relaxation. I feel home should be a place that you feel safe and comfortable. I keep the house very clean and enjoy cooking, arts and crafts in the garage, gardening, video games and Dungeons and Dragons online with my friends, and I collect rocks/gems and minerals. I am very respectful of privacy and will give you the peace and respect you deserve. I am also cool with hanging out and being social and making new friends. I maintain a drug free house, and while I do not mind 420 the smell and smoke makes it hard to breathe because I have an an allergy to the smoke. I am pet friendly and would not mind if you have a pet as long as you clean up after them. There is storage in the garage you can use and if you are interested you can take up one of the garden beds to plant whatever you want.
