I am looking for a roommate to share this apartment to take over my room! 1st month free There are only 7 months left on the lease (ends September 25th). roommate works full time Monday through Friday. Rent is $730 (includes WiFi, rental insurance & utilities). You’d have the smaller room & the bathroom would be shared. You’d have access to the whole apartment. There’s also a balcony storage. 15 min from downtown and MCO. 20 min from Winter Park. (I in Winter park, 27 min no tolls, 20 min taking tolls) dogs ok. No cats. Pets are an additional $15 per month.

Melissa is 21, and the best roommate I could’ve ever asked for. Extremely clean and organized, considerate, and super friendly. She’s hardly ever home, but when she is she’s usually taking a nap, or watching some Netflix. I hold her dear to my heart, and definitely recommend her as a roomie.
