kitchen is split in two so you’ll have the exact half amount of room in the kitchen cabinets. there’s two bathrooms. i do have primarily my own bathroom supplies downstairs in my room however there’s only one shower and it’s upstairs so the bathroom is half shared. your room comes with a closet & a tv that i’ve already mounted on the wall from forever ago and it’s set up to a bunch of different things like hbo, netflix , hulu , amazon etc. your room gets lots of sunlight and there’s a bunch of parking on the street. 10 mins away walking from L , 10 mins away walking from J, 15 min walk to M. Planet fitness close by, lots of cafes within a couple blocks, maria hernandez is a 20 min walk away!

it’s just me & my two puppies ! queer night life worker with a crazy schedule. usually at home during the night time on my days off making pasta with my girlfriend and watching movies or reading lengthy books in my room. i love making films and editing , dancing , & facetiming / hanging out w my friends. no other pets allowed because they do not get along well with other pets unfortunately ): it’s a vegan friendly household but that doesn’t mean you can’t eat what you prefer just please make sure to use your own kitchen supplies when doing so! very relaxed about other people coming over, don’t care if you smoke w33d in your room just not in shared spaces with my puppies. i don’t believe in a cleaning / chore schedule but if something’s dirty , clean it , if something’s messy , clean it & if you don’t have time because you’re rushing out of the door just let me know. everyone helps everyone. super fun and friendly vibe over here!
