Hi!! I’m looking for a female student to take over my sister‘s lease in May at Alight Fullerton apartments across CSUF. (5 minute walk to CSUF).

May (the month) will be free as it is available after the 18th. Security deposit is actually the cost of the lease takeover, there is no security deposit. Rent may be increased after July depending on apartment’s terms. All utilities included (gas, electric, water, internet).

The room has private en suite bathroom with plenty of closet/bathroom storage. The room is furnished with a full sized bed, desk, and drawers. There is air conditioning and in-unit laundry. The unit is shared with 3 other females (also students), all with separate leases.

Amenities include: 24 hour fitness center, parking garage, swimming pool with sun deck, study and business center, and more.

Overnight guests are okay, everyone is respectful :)
