3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rancher located in corbin city or woodbine. We are about 15 minutes from Mays landing, Ocean City, or Somers point. There are four parking spaces but we are trying to expand the driveway, there is also street parking. You have your own bathroom but it is also the laundry room and the bathroom someone would use if they were visiting the house because the other bathroom is located in the master bedroom. We are dedicated pool players so we have a very nice pool table with aramith balls as well as black light balls with black lights above your head. The kitchen is huge and comes with every freaking amenity there is to think of. If you would like the bedroom to be furnished I have a trundle bed that becomes a full size bed but you would need another mattress. And a computer desk along with a chair if you would like. Working on getting a nice bedroom set to make this bedroom into an Airbnb as well if the roommate thing doesn’t work out. We haven’t had a roommate in a few years but have resorted to doing so to offset the cost of living being insane lately, open to discussion because I’m not sure how people do things now but we would like to split the electric 3 ways for 3 people. We don’t care what you do as long as the feeling is mutual, we value our privacy and hope you do too. I would also love a background check but do not care if you have a history, just more so wanna know who will be living with me. No judgement, here.

My name is Angie and my partners name is Chris. I’m 30 and he is 35. We have been together for 11 years and have lived here for about 10. Chris works a M-F 9-5 type of job and Angie is a pet transporter and travels the country often so she’s not home so much. We have two dogs and Angie has some smaller critters that stay locked in a cage , we smoke a lot of weed, and drink socially. Chris plays pool twice a week and Angie plays 3x a week.
