Bed, desk and lighting is provided within the room. you will have your own bathroom that is also fully furnished with curtains and decorations. bedding is provided for the bed in the room. towels are provided for the bathroom as well. the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking needs you may have. pots, pans, spatulas, kitchen utensils (the works). basically all you need to bring is yourself and the willingness to have an interview/meet with us before moving in. (the only things you might want for room that are not included are technology like a tv for yourself or computer). we have high speed internet and all kinds of game consoles that are for use in the living room and are in the process of fixing our surround sound system.

My fiancée and I live here alone with our wonderful husky/malamute doggo named pepper and a very cuddly and chatty cat named luna. and when I say I can literally bathe this cat and trim her nails with little to no problem I mean it. she just talks a lot but never has she hurt anyone I have had around her. we are fairly easy going. I love to cook and if you love to eat then please reach out. if I cook I cook for everyone which means if you’re home then you will be offered food (I just ask you help with groceries from time to time). besides that there isn’t much I can say. rent will not change no matter what happens. 900$ upon move in for that month. and 900$ flat no questions asked. please be respectful of our time and schedules. if there are any questions please talk to us, we don’t bite ;)
