The room for rent is located on the second floor and is a large one bedroom room containing a bay window with 5 stained glass windows and a window seat. There is also another stained glass window next to the bed. There is a Victorian looking Valor Gas heater for the winter months. The home is located on Vallejo Street between Soscol St. and Yahome Street. The house is located a short distance from The Oxbow Market and Main Street. The house is close to downtown wine tasting and restaurants. Property has a secluded patio for roommates which also has a fence that surrounds the house for privacy.

This room has a shared bathroom containing a shower with one other roommate on the second floor. This two story home has only 4 people living in it .
