Single family detached home. 1709 Robin Road, Edmond, OK 73034. One large room with large closet and deck overseeing the back yard/woods ($650/month); two medium-sized rooms ($550/month each). Very quiet neighborhood, end of wooded cul-de-sac. The home has a feel of a log-home or Colorado like vacation home. Included: full use of the home and 1 acre property, a 20’ x 40’ pool, a jacuzzi tub inside a sun room, Cox Gigablast internet (no phone, since we use cell phone WiFi calling). Utilities are to be shared, averaged at $400/month. Non-smokers. No pets. I do all the cleaning and maintenance. Home is furnished except for the bedrooms. 3.5 baths.
