Hi, I am renting out a bedroom. 2nd floor of 3 family home. (I have 2 bedrooms to choose from) I have a huge bedroom with a walk in closet (the walk in closet is literally the size of small bedroom complete with window, heater and 6 shelves/clothes poles installed already). It will be a shared bathroom, huge eat in kitchen with huge pantry and another closet type private pantry you may have for yourself if wanted, closed in back porch, and nice huge living room with AC/heaters. Bills included and internet. There is another large bedroom im willing to rent that has private entrance directly in and out the bedroom. So choice of either bedroom (same price) any female or mom struggling due to the expenses of nowadays having to pay first month,last month and deposit, or of you have bad credit or have a child I am extending this offer to. I have clean background, never been arrested, 2 college degrees and work medical field/with children my entire life. I am also willing to share my groceries..I know and understand how tough it is out there

Kids are away mon thru fri 7am-630pm. Weekends usually do outings or they quietly play, watch TV in room or play on back yard. Also very respectful, well mannered and clean. I myself have clean background, never been arrested, 3 college degrees and work medical field/hospitals,ER and newborns to elderly patients my entire life. I am also willing to share my groceries..I know and understand how tough it is out there. Upon interest I can set up zoom call and send pictures/videos. In process of uploading.
