Yugo Atlanta Summerhill is a student apartment that I signed my own lease and used my refund check from school to pay for. 1 bedroom with its own bathroom and closet. Rent is 1k a month if you plan to use the parking garage. I’m graduating from Clark Atlanta University and do not plan to stay here after I do so, but I renewed my lease before I found a spot anew. Looking for someone to sublet. Great area. Love the neighborhood, and how conveniently located I am to everything in Atlanta. I’m sad to leave, but you will love it here.
About the roomies
I share the common area with 2 roommates who are very friendly and kind. We all go to Clark Atlanta and Morehouse. This is a student apartment complex, so most of the occupants are students from all over Atlanta, mostly from AUC—very chill and calm environment.
