There is a living room with two full-size couches, a dining room and a large, fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a full-sized bed, chest, desk, desk chair, lots of bookshelves, and closet. The house is furnished including tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, couches and a movie collection. Washer and dryer available, no quarters needed. Vegetable garden with tomatoes and blackberries. Located near Rhodes College and Overton Park and the bus line on Jackson Ave or Vollintine makes it convenient to get to hospitals downtown (great place for medical or dental students or hospital employees). Great for Rhodes College, medical and dental professors or students. Bike to Rhodes. Ten minutes to the University of Memphis or downtown/hospitals by car. Locked bicycle space. Move-in costs are first and last month’s or week’s rent and utilities plus $100 security plus $100 application fee. Rental can be made weekly in order to lower move-in costs. Weekly is $180 each week (rent & utilities) and to move in you must pay both the first and last week’s rent, $100 security, and $100 application fee (a total of $460 plus $100 application fee). About the roomies

Presently, we have a legal interpreter, store manager, and orthotic insole professional who live here. It is a quiet household, but we have fun too, especially chatting or playing games around the dining table or out on the front porch table.
