Wanting to sublease my room while I’m gone in ptown for the summer from may 1st to October 1st, for the rest of my lease and I’ll be officially moving out by oct as well and if your interested to resign and put yourself on the actual lease under the owner of the home you can! All of the furniture and bed will still be in the room for you to use. I will remove my blankets clothes and sheets and wall photos.
