Large room in 4 bedroom house with its own private entrance/exit. Large, recently built modern home with huge pantry to share and three car garage for extra storage. Off street parking, sauna, patio with fire pit backed to wood line.

Must be able to pass screening through current landlord and have clean back ground. No pets in home currently but I am open to house trained female cats.

I’m an army vet, college student, and single mother to a 3 and 17 year old daughters.
