*6-bedroom house. **Currently have only one roommate so looking to add another (male or female).
Furnished room with brand new mattress, new canopy bed, and bedding; also, new desk/chair. Closet, ceiling fan, table, lounge chair, lamp, etc.. Large window overlooks pool and palm trees.
Includes: Utilities/WiFi Bedding (laundered weekly)
Rent weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.
About the roomies
Spacious home with plenty of privacy!
Large, Full-Size Kitchen equipped with multiple appliances (Air Fryer, Gourmia Convection Counter Oven, Ninja Blender, Kuerig, Drip Coffee Maker, Mixer, Food Processor, etc.). Pots, pans, cookware, dishes also available.
I live here, also one male roommate who works outside of home 50+ hours per week.
*House has 6 bedrooms - but few are ever occupied to maintain stress-free environment.
