I have 1 bedroom for rent. It has a roomy closet but you can use the garage for some storage, not saying you can move your whole house in there but it’s available. The bathroom is the next door over so it’s private.

About the roomies

I work 40+ hrs a week. I don’t have any other roommates. I only want 1. No drugs in the house. Clean up after yourself. No drunks. I have to say this because it’s amazing what people will do in your house. Im just a regular guy ,drama free. So definitely no pedophiles!!!! I cook alot so I don’t mind feeding you. Ima pretty good cook to be honest with ya. If you have a dog it might be ok but I’d have to see it first. I don’t consider those little yappy rats dogs. I’ve had a few terrible renters so I don’t wanna make the list longer. Saying that, I also made a great friend so I’d much rather do that. Im not big on chit chat honestly. If you’re interesting ill talk but I don’t wanna be the person that has to listen to your problems. Im not a dick, just being honest.
