About the room
The room I am currently keeping in good condition, however, this is a Fraternity home, so a lot of the consideration to move into a house with college students is something to think about. The house is a bit messy, and a lot of the items that are here are from past residents that we are trying to clear out. The hygiene is considered quite low from a residential standpoint, since there are people who come and go in the house and leave messes, and some residents donβt entirely hold up to their contribution. So if you are a college student who is able to put up with cleaning up your own messes for the most part, than that is what I would consider the most important aspect of living in this home.
About the roomies
Again, this is a fraternity home, so a lot of the students who live here and come around are of college-level age, particularly undergraduate students. The alumni who currently live here are good, however, they will be moving out in the next 1 to 2 months of this posting. The people who currently live here arenβt necessarily the best with cleaning and hygiene, so that is one aspect of this post that I would consider the most. The room I am currently in I have kept pristine to the highest level possible, and will be doing a deep cleaning of it in the latter. However, with the current and possible incoming residents, hygiene and house rules are MANDATORY.
