Private room for rent in 5 bedroom 3 bath home that is situated on a half acre lot so there’s plenty of backyard/front yard space. We are preferably looking for someone responsible who would mesh well with our house we are pretty laid back. The room has been a guest room and hasn’t been lived in for about a year and a half

Rent is $625 per month. Deposit is refundable and equal to one months rent. (room can come furnished if there is a need for it)

(We do have pets here just so everyone knows ahead of time)

Roommate info My name is Logan I am 25 I’m originally from California. I manage a home health company in Boise. I enjoy pretty much anything outdoors such as camping,hiking, visiting hot springs and I like to snowboard in the winter. I do sometimes enjoy going out as well.

Rj is 28 he is originally from North Carolina and he is retired Air Force he is currently attending college and working at the same home health company as me.

Trajan is 24 and and he’s a Idaho native he is a 3rd grade teacher out in nampa
