I’m a SJSU alumna, now a young working professional. I live with two other women, both of whom are SJSU students and/or working professionals. We are always busy working/studying during the weekdays, and we sometimes WFH. We tend to wake up around 6-7 and go to sleep around 10-12. We all take initiative to keep the place clean together without issue. We have friends over on occasion. No: pets, smoking, drugs, loud music, loud parties. Max 2 night stays for guests. Rent must be paid minimum 1 week in advance before due date.
