About the room

Room for rent in a clean, quiet home in Corona, CA. I am a 36‑year‑old professional woman and live in the home. I am looking for a roommate who enjoys animals, does not mind living with two cuddly cats, and can tolerate a German Shepherd whom I dog‑sit around three times per year. Additional animals are not allowed at this time.

Move‑In Date: Need a roommate to move in by May 1st. Able to accommodate an earlier move‑in date.

The home is structured like a townhouse with two floors and totals 1,222 sq. ft. The total monthly lease is $2,950. You are responsible for 45% of the rent, and I am responsible for 55%. Your total rent per month is $1,327.50. The lease renews on July 8th, 2027. Your name does have to be on the lease to live here, but you will not be financially penalized if you leave earlier than July 8th, 2027, as I am the primary on the lease. $663.75 (half of what is owed) is due a week before move in, the remaining part of the lease is due at move in.

First floor includes:

  • 2‑car garage (with shared parking)

  • Kitchen appliances and accessories available for your use:

Second floor includes:

About the roomies

It’s just me and my two cats, and the German Sheppard every once in a blue moon that I mentioned above. I am a licensed mental health care professional. I work 4 ten hours days out of the week. I really enjoy doing arts and crafts, watching most shows and movies, working out, and cooking/baking.
