About the room
Chill Room Available (Private Bath & Walk-in!) — $1,700/month Hey! We’re looking for a new roommate to join us in our House starting May 1st.
The Spot:
Rent: $1,700/month (plus utilities).
Your Space: This is the best room in the house! It features high, vaulted ceilings and a massive window with a nice view. It also has its own huge private walk-in closet with built-in shelving and a private en-suite bathroom with plenty of vanity space and drawers.
Extras: Room includes a ceiling fan.
About the roomies
The house is pretty laid-back. I’m a young professional and an athlete, so I’m usually out training or working during the week. When I’m home, I’m mostly just decompressing, but I’m always down to grab a coffee or a craft beer on the weekend.
The other roommate is also an athlete (plays ultimate frisbee). He’s a super easygoing guy, though he’s on the quieter side and doesn’t really drink. Overall, it’s a very peaceful, low-stress environment where everyone just does their own thing.
About You: Just looking for someone responsible and easy to get along with. If you’re active or into getting outdoors, you’ll definitely feel at home here.
