About the room
This is a simple 2 bedroom apartment there is paid onsite laundry mat ( quarters only ) there is a small patio by the kitchen. There is a Publix about three blocks away. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I work full time at a retail store. The lease ends July 31, this year. Please take over the lease, if you can sooner. I am not happy here. I am too far from work and my kids.
