My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate in a 3000 sq ft three bedroom house. You will have the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. It’s 15 minutes outside of Durango off of 550. $1500 a month, all bills paid, dogs allowed with deposit. Since we are replacing our old roommate there is no deposit and the lease is up in August. We’re looking to have someone move in before April 15th. It’s a beautiful house with a wrap around porch.

The house is big enough to where everybody can be inside their private spaces even if it’s outside of their rooms. My boyfriend typically works inside the basement, although on our days off we typically go hiking and take our dog to the dog park.
